The EIOTCLUB SIM card included in the package can support T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon, automatically connecting to the strongest signal. If the data allowance is used up, users can recharge. The camera is not available for Wi-Fi, but only for 3G/4G LTE connections. If the camera cannot connect to the network, users should check the SIM card balance, data balance, and ensure the camera is used within the United States.

The camera supports Micro SD cards up to 128GB, with a 32GB card included in the package. If the camera prompts the need to format the SD card, users can simply click "format" to use it normally.
