How to set up this 4G lte cellular security camera solar-powered?
1) Download Ubox APP from Google Play or APP Store.
2) Insert the Nano-SIM card into the correct slot.
3) Power on the camera and Reset the camera, wait for the led indicator turns blue.
4) Use UBox App to scan the QR code on the base of the camera.

What countries is the US Version of this 4g lte security camera available for?
This 4G Security Camera is a US version that is suitable to use in the the United States. Not compatible for Other countries.

Depends on the actual working conditions. Normally, 1-2GB will be enough monthly.
DATA PACKAGE with pre-inserted EiotClub SIM card: about＄14.9/3GB/30-day. You can also choose to insert another compatible sim card.

SIM Card Format: Nano SIM (included), 0.48 x 0.35 x 0.026 inch;
If your SIM card cannot be recognized by your camera, please press and hold the Reset button to reset the camera;

1. Check the your data balance. Top it up then restart it manually or wait for 1 hour to restart automatically.
2. Check whether your device is out of battery.
